Twee BIJGEBOUWEN in de tuin van villa Generaal van Swietenlaan 11. Een van de gebouwen is in hout uitgevoerd en heeft een bewerkte voorgvel met ondermeer een schijnspant met houtwerk in ajour. Het zadeldak is met golfplaat gedekt.
Tevens bevindt zich in de tuin een in baksteen uitgevoerde garage waarvan het zadeldak een afsteek aan de linkerzijde heeft. Het dak is met rode kruispannen belegd. De dubbele garagedeuren zijn in hout uitgevoerd.
Waardering
BIJGEBOUWEN bij villa uit de periode rond 1905-1920.
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed en vrij gaaf bewaard gebleven voorbeelden van bijgebouwen bij een markanten villa, waarvan de ornamentiek is beïnvloed door de Art Nouveau. Er is sprake van een ensemblewaarde als onderdeel van de villawijk De Parken, waarbinnen het complex behoort tot de omstreeks 1900 gangbare villatypen, welke samen met de oudere en later typen en stijlen zeer goed de ontwikkeling van de villabouw weergeven.
- Van stedebouwkundige waarde door de situering op de gaffelvormige aansluiting van de Gen. Van Swietenlaan op de Gen. Van Heutszlaan. Two OUTBUILDINGS in the garden of villa Generaal van Swietenlaan 11. One of the buildings is executed in wood and has a worked front facade with, amongst other things, a sprocket gable with openwork timber. The gabled roof is covered with corrugated sheet.
