Omschrijving
Dubbel WOONHUIS, bestemd als commandantsvilla, op rechthoekige plattegrond, met twee vooruitstekende hoekdelen onder steekkappen met van de chaletstijl afgeleide stijlelementen. Het geheel van twee bouwlagen onder een groot overstekend schilddak gedekt met rood verglaasd pannen. Gepleisterde gevels op bakstenen plint (trasraam). In de gevels vensters met verticaal gedeelde bovenlichten, boven de vensters rondbogen, zichtbaar in het pleisterwerk, onder de vensters hardstenen dorpels. In de kap dakkapellen.
De commandantsvilla is schuin gesitueerd ten op zichte van de Prins Hendriklaan en gelegen in een tuin omgeven door een laag baksteen muurtje met een ovale hekwerk.

Description
Double DWELLING HOUSE, intended as commandant's villa, on a rectangular plan, with two projecting corner sections under projecting gables with style elements derived from chalet style. The whole of two storeys under a large overhanging hipped roof covered with red glazed tiles. Rendered facades on brick plinth (tuff stone). In the facades windows with vertically divided fanlights, round arches above the windows, visible in the render, ashlar sills beneath the windows. In the roof roof dormers.
The commandant's villa is positioned at an angle in relation to the Prins Hendriklaan and situated in a garden surrounded by a low brick wall with oval ironwork fencing.
