Omschrijving
GRAFMONUMENT (complexonderdeel 7) bestaande uit beeld van een treurende engel op een sokkel. Sokkel met afbeelding van twee ineengeslagen handen, daarboven plaatje met tekst: Hier rust onze geliefde dochter Gerda van Gellekom/ oud 23 jaar. Op de vier zijden van de sokkel afbeeldingen van een hart, gevormd door twee papavers. De geknielde engel heeft een urn in de handen en zit naast een groot kruis.
Op de sokkel: Villeroy Rock/ 1887 / Neuss/ Völker.
Waardering
Grafmonument in de vorm van een beeld van een treurende engel op sokkel met opschriften van algemeen belang vanwege de kunsthistorische waarde als voorbeeld van grafkunst.Tevens van cultuur-historische waarde als onderdeel van de R.K. begraafplaats St. Barbara.

GRAVE MONUMENT (complex component 7) consisting of a sculpture of a mourning angel on a plinth. Plinth with an image of two clasped hands, above it a plaque with text: Here rests our beloved daughter Gerda van Gellekom/ aged 23 years. On all four sides of the plinth images of a heart, formed by two poppies. The kneeling angel holds an urn in her hands and sits beside a large cross.
On the plinth: Villeroy Rock/ 1887 / Neuss/ Völker.
Valuation
Grave monument in the form of a sculpture of a mourning angel on plinth with inscriptions of general importance because of its art-historical value as an example of grave art. Also of cultural-historical value as part of the R.K. cemetery St. Barbara.
