Vrijstaande DIENSTWONING uit circa 1873, gelegen aan de Minstroom. Pand opgetrokken in baksteen, in neo-gotische stijl met min of meer rechthoekige plattegrond, twee bouwlagen onder zadeldak met steekkappen en met diverse trapgevels en Vlaamse gevels. Houten vensters. Voorts decoratie in de vorm van sierankers.
Waardering
Dienstwoning van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van neogotiek en als onderdeel van het oeuvre van A. Tepe. Van ensemblewaarde in relatie met de overige complexonderdelen.
