Tot DIENSTWONING verbouwde T-boerderij, in 1873 naar ontwerp van A. Tepe, met alleen het woongedeelte nog intakt. Het pand heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond, twee bouwlagen en tussen trapgevels ingeklemd zadeldak, met nok evenwijdig aan de straat. Geheel in baksteen opgetrokken gevels, met drie traveeën brede voorgevel met tot Vlaamse gevel opgetrokken middenrisaliet eindigend met trapgevel met venster. Alle vensters in oorsprong zesruitsvensters. Vernieuwde deur in middenrisaliet. Geveldecoratie voorts ondermeer met siermetselwerk, nissen, sierlijsten, ijzersmeedwerk en dergelijke.
Het pand behoorde tot het terrein van het Hieronymushuis, maar is daarvan afgesplitst.
Waardering
Dienstwoning van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een in neo-gotiek opgetrokken woning en als onderdeel van het oeuvre van A. Tepe. Tevens van cultuurhistorische waarde vanwege de bestemming welke is verbonden met de geschiedenis van het Hiëronymushuis. Van ensemblewaarde in relatie met de overige complexonderdelen.

Description
T-shaped farmhouse converted into a SERVICE DWELLING, in 1873 after a design by A. Tepe, with only the residential part still intact. The building has a rectangular floor plan, two storeys and a gabled roof tucked between stepped gables, with ridge parallel to the street. All facades built entirely in brick, with three-bay wide front facade with a central risalt executed as Flemish gable ending with a stepped gable with window. All windows originally six-pane windows. Renewed door in central risalt. Facade decoration furthermore among other things with ornamental brickwork, niches, decorative mouldings, ironwork and suchlike.
The building belonged to the grounds of the Hieronymushuis, but has since been separated from it.
Valuation
Service dwelling of general importance because of its architectural historical value as an example of a dwelling constructed in neo-Gothic and as part of the oeuvre of A. Tepe. Also of cultural historical importance because of the purpose which is connected with the history of the Hiëronymushuis. Of ensemble value in relation with the other complex components.
