In 1884 tot WINKELWOONHUIS verbouwd ouder pand in eclectische stijl, gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de Minrebroederstraat.
Omschrijving
Smal pand, met drie bouwlagen en steil afgeplat schildddak, gedekt met losanges aan de voorgevel en met zinken roeven platen aan de twee langszijden. In baksteen met natuur- en kunststeen decoraties opgetrokken voorgevel met winkelpui uitgevoerd in hout, ijzer en natuursteen, voorzien van gesneden pilasters. Een links tegen het pand gelegen voormalig achterom - voor panden aan de Korte Minrebroederstraat - is door de uitgebouwde winkelpui geïntegreerd en heeft een smalle en lage verdiepingsruimte gekregen. Winkelpui met pilasters, kroonlijst, deur in het bijgetrokken steegje. Op de hoeken van de oorspronkelijke breedte van het pad komen in het verlengde van de zijgevels voorzetstukken voor. De verdieping is twee traveeën breed met spekbanden, geprofileerde gepleisterde omlijsting van de schuifvensters met koppen in terracotta uitgevoerd ter bekroning, terracotta consoles waarin zowel een kop onder de daklijst als de smalle muurdammen die de hoeken van de gevel markeert. Op de verdieping links is deze verdwenen. In de kroonlijst het opschrift "ANNO" en "1884". In het dakschild komt een hoge dakkapel voor met rolwerk aan de zijkant van de door een pilaster gemarkeerde hoeken.

Description
Narrow building with three storeys and steeply hipped roof, covered with lozenges on the front facade and with zinc roof plates on the two long sides. Front facade built in brick with natural and artificial stone decorations, featuring a shop window executed in wood, iron and natural stone, provided with carved pilasters. A former passageway formerly located to the left of the building - serving buildings on the Korte Minrebroederstraat - has been integrated by the extended shop window and has been given a narrow and low intermediate storey. Shop window with pilasters, cornice, door in the adjoining alley. At the corners of the original width of the building, facing pieces project forward in line with the side facades. The first floor is two bays wide with speckled bands, profiled plastered surrounds of the sash windows with terracotta heads executed as cornices, terracotta consoles featuring both a head beneath the eave line and the narrow wall sections that mark the corners of the facade.
