Een 17e eeuws huis van twee bouwlagen, een schilddak met mezzanino en een kelder onder een gedeelte van het huis.
Dit 17e eeuwse huis heeft een middeleeuwse voorganger gehad, gelegen aan de Korte Minrebroederstraat. Kort na de reformatie, rond 1600, is de Minrebroederstraat verbreed, gelijktijdig met de afbraak van de Minrebroederkerk. Hierbij is het noordelijke buurpand afgebroken. Op het vrij gekomen erf is aan de oostzijde het huisje Minrebroederstraat 1 gebouwd.
Het huidige huis is vooreen belangrijk deel van 17e eeuwse opzet, met name de grenen sporenkap en de achtergevel, waarin een oorspronkelijk bolkozijn, een oeil-de-boeuf en muurankers voorkomen. In het interieur is nog een oorspronkelijke spiltrap van de eerste verdieping naar de zolder aanwezig.
De voorgevel is van 18e eeuwse opzet met 19e eeuwse wijzigingen.
Het pand is bouwhistorisch en historisch van belang door de samenhang met de verbreding van de Minrebroederstraat. Bovendien is de 18e eeuwse voorgevel van architectonisch belang.

Description
A 17th century house of two storeys, a hipped roof with mezzanine and a cellar under part of the house.
This 17th century house had a medieval predecessor, located on the Korte Minrebroederstraat. Shortly after the Reformation, around 1600, the Minrebroederstraat was widened, at the same time as the demolition of the Minrebroederkerk. The neighbouring building to the north was demolished at this time. On the plot thus freed, the small house Minrebroederstraat 1 was built on the east side.
The current house retains an important part of its 17th century structure, notably the pine collar-tie roof and the rear facade, in which an original bull's-eye window, an oeil-de-boeuf and ornamental wall anchors appear. In the interior there is still an original spiral staircase from the first floor to the attic.
The front facade is of 18th century design with 19th century alterations.
The property is of architectural and historical importance due to its connection with the widening of the Minrebroederstraat. Moreover, the 18th century front facade is of architectural interest.
