Een 18e eeuws tweebeukig woonhuis, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen, een kap parallel aan de straat en kelders, met een ongepleisterde lijstgevel.
Zoals langs de Minrebroederstraat meer voorkomt, is dit pand een samenvoeging van twee huizen. Het linker en tevens breedste gedeelte is een in aanleg middeleeuws voorhuis met haaks daarop een later achterhuis. Beide delen hebben kelders met tongewelven; het voorste gedeelte heeft in de linkermuur een kaarsnis.
Het rechter gedeelte had ook een onderkelderd, mogelijk middeleeuws, voorhuis en een, hier losstaand, achterhuis.
In de 18e eeuw zijn beide elementen door een complete herbouw samengevoegd tot het huidige gebouw met twee beuken. De vroeg 19e eeuwse voorgevel heeft de 18e eeuwse of mogelijk twee oudere gevels vervangen. Deze gevel is op de ramen na geheel intact. De achtergevel is een wel over de volle breedte doorlopende 18e eeuwse gevel, waarin ook de vensters met roedeverdeling nog aanwezig zijn.
Het hoge zadeldak aan de voorzijde heeft grenen jukken waarop in de 20e eeuw gordingen zijn aangebracht. Op het achterhuis staat een 19e eeuws schilddak, waarschijnlijk als vervanging van de oorspronkelijke kap.
De linker topgevel van het voorhuis is een, gedeeltelijk herkenbare, trapgevel met door pannen gedekte trappen. Deze trapgevel kan behoren tot de voorganger van het huidige huis. De rechter topgevel aan een, nu dichtgebouwd, steegje heeft op zolder twee gedeeltelijk oorspronkelijke vensters.

Description
An 18th century two-aisle dwelling house, consisting of two storeys, a roof parallel to the street and cellars, with an unplastered cornice-topped facade.
As occurs more frequently along the Minrebroederstraat, this building is a merger of two houses. The left and also widest section is a medieval front house in layout with a later rear house set at right angles to it. Both sections have cellars with barrel vaults; the front section has a candle niche in its left wall.
The right section also had an undercellared, possibly medieval, front house and a, here separate, rear house.
In the 18th century both elements were merged through a complete rebuilding into the present two-aisle building. The early 19th century front facade has replaced the 18th century or possibly two older facades. This facade is entirely intact except for the windows. The rear facade is an 18th century facade running across the full width, in which the windows with glazing bars are still present.
The high gabled roof at the front has pine joists on which purlins were fitted in the 20th century. On the rear house stands a 19th century hipped roof, probably as a replacement for the original roof.
The left gable of the front house is a, partially recognizable, stepped gable with tiles covering the steps. This stepped gable may belong to the predecessor of the present house. The right gable on a, now built-up, alley has on the attic two partially original windows.
This building is a good example of the merger of two houses. Additionally, the remains of the medieval predecessor, notably the left front cellar, are significant. The front facade with stepped gable is architecturally important.
