Omschrijving
Een ondiep gaaf 17e eeuws huis bestaande uit twee bouwlagen, een kap en een kelder.
Dit pand leunt tegen de zijgevel van een huis aan de Korte Minrebroederstraat, zodat de achtergevel blind is. In het interieur vallen op de moer- en kinderbalklagen met sleutelstukken in de kelder, beganegrond en eerste verdieping.
Het bovenste deel van de voorgevel staat op een oorspronkelijke puibalk met enig overstek. De vensters op de verdieping zijn nog de, veranderde, oorspronkelijke kruiskozijnen. Ook de onderpui behoort nog tot de oorspronkelijke opzet. Verder vallen nog op het bolkozijn van de kelder en de muurankers.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang vanwege het vrij volledige 17e eeuwse casco.

Description
A shallow intact 17th century house consisting of two storeys, a roof and a cellar.
This building leans against the side facade of a house on the Korte Minrebroederstraat, so the rear facade is blind. In the interior, the summers and joists with keystones in the cellar, ground floor and first floor are notable.
The upper part of the front facade stands on an original ground-floor beam with some overhang. The windows on the first floor are still the, altered, original cross windows. The ground floor also belongs to the original structure. Further notable are the bolection moulding of the cellar and the ornamental wall anchors.
The building is architecturally significant due to the fairly complete 17th century frame.
