In de zuidoosthoek van het terrein bij de Everard Meysterlaan gelegen vrijstaande DIRECTEURSWONING. Het gebouw is L-vormig en bestaat uit een dwars op de Everard Meysterlaan geplaatst bouwdeel met een, links tegen de achterzijde, wat uitspringend, haaks hierop geplaatst bouwdeel, beiden onder wolfdak. In het verlengde hiervan een smaller eenlaags bouwdeel onder lager zadeldak. Alle geveltoppen zijn uitgevoerd in chaletstijl met verticale en horizontale planken, brede overstek en klossen. De geveltop van het bouwdeel dwars op de Everard Meysterlaan wordt bekroond met siersmeedwerk. De houten kruisvensters hebben gemetselde bogen. Voorts zijn de gevels van in gele baksteen uitgevoerde banden voorzien.

Freestanding DIRECTOR'S RESIDENCE located in the south-east corner of the site at Everard Meysterlaan. The building is L-shaped and consists of a section placed perpendicular to Everard Meysterlaan with, attached to the left side of the rear, a section projecting slightly and placed at right angles to it, both under half-hipped roofs. In line with this, a narrower single-storey section under a lower gabled roof. All gable tops are executed in chalet style with vertical and horizontal timber planks, wide overhanging eaves and corbels. The gable top of the section perpendicular to Everard Meysterlaan is crowned with decorative wrought iron. The wooden cross windows have brick arches. Furthermore, the facades are provided with bands executed in yellow brick.

Director's residence of general importance due to its architectural value as part of an important industrial complex that was established in the first decade of the 20th century.
