Eenvoudig dubbele DIENSTWONING uit begin 20e eeuw, behorende bij plateelbakkerij op voorterrein, bestaande uit éénlaags overdwars gesitueerd geschakelde woningen met pannen zadeldak. De deur- en venstertravee zijn gespiegeld geschakeld, beiden met bovenlichten. In de kap een eenvoudige dakkapel.

Dubbel woonhuis van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als onderdeel van het complex van de aardewerkfabriek Mobach.
