Ten noorden van de toren van de H. Lambertuskerk te Escharen staat een kunststenen HEILIG HARTBEELD, dat dateert uit omstreeks 1930.

Het cementstenen Heilig Hartbeeld staat op een vierkante bakstenen sokkel ten noorden van de kerk.

Het beeld is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als bijzondere uitdrukking van een sociale en geestelijke ontwikkeling, in het bijzonder de ontwikkeling van de katholieke H.
