TUINMANSWONING. Op het terrein ten zuiden van het voorplein staat een dienstwoning uit 1860 bestaande uit een noordzuid geprojecteerd voorhuis, waarvan de kopgevel gericht is op de state, en een oostwest geprojecteerd achterhuis (L-vorm). Beide bouwdelen zijn gemetseld van rode baksteen en bestaan uit één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping. Het voorhuis wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met overstek en windveren onder gesmoorde Hollandse pannen, waaraan aangekapt het lagere schilddak van het achterhuis. Rondom in de gevels van het voorhuis meerruitsschuifvensters onder strekken en muurankers ter hoogte van de balklagen, in de top van de eindgevels een rond venster met straalvormige roedenverdeling. In de gevels van het achterhuis diverse deuren, sommige met zijlicht, en enkele vensters. Voordien stond op deze plaats ook een gebouw, waarvan geen afbeeldingen bekend zijn. In de jaren 1970 is het achterhuis afgebrand en opnieuw opgebouwd.

Description
GARDENER'S LODGE. On the land to the south of the forecourt stands a service dwelling from 1860 consisting of a north-south oriented front house, whose gable end faces the state, and an east-west oriented rear wing (L-shaped). Both building sections are built of red brick and consist of one storey and an attic storey. The front house is covered by a gabled roof with overhang and wind braces under muffled Dutch tiles, to which the lower hipped roof of the rear wing is adjoined. All around in the facades of the front house are multi-paned sash windows under headers and wall anchors at the level of the floor beams; in the top of the end gables a round window with radial glazing bars. In the facades of the rear wing various doors, some with sidelights, and several windows. Previously a building also stood on this site, of which no images are known. In the 1970s the rear wing caught fire and was rebuilt.
