In het westelijke deel van de aanleg staat op de scheiding van siertuin en boomgaard een KAS van omstreeks 1850. Het betreft een voormalige druivenkas waarvan aanvankelijk nog drie muren (gedeeltelijk) overeind stonden. In 1999-2000 is de kas gerestaureerd, onder meer op basis van een tekening van 1925 van P. Krediet, waarop een kleine muurkas met een lessenaarsdak staat afgebeeld.
Waardering
De KAS is van belang
- vanwege de ouderdom van (een deel van) het muurwerk;
- vanwege de zeldzaamheid van dit type kas;

In the western part of the layout, on the boundary between ornamental garden and orchard, stands a GLASSHOUSE of around 1850. This is a former grape house of which originally three walls (partially) remained standing. In 1999-2000, the glasshouse was restored, based among other things on a drawing from 1925 by P. Krediet, which shows a small wall house with a lean-to roof.
