Omschrijving
HALLEHUISBOERDERIJ onder zadeldak met wolfeinden, met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt. Door vergroting van het woonhuisgedeelte is het dak aan de zuidzijde opgewipt. Alle gevels zijn van baksteen. Langs de dakranden houten windveren.
In de voorgevel (ZO) is rechts van het midden de voordeur geplaatst onder een tweeruits bovenlicht. Links van het midden een met luiken behangen zesruits schuifvenster. Rechts in de voorgevel een tweeruits schuifvenster met luik, links in het verhoogde geveldeel een vierruits schuifvenster met luiken. De goed zichtbare naad tussen het oudste en het aangebouwde geveldeel volgt de diagonaal van het meest linkse venster. Onder het wolfeind zitten drie muurankers. De linker zijgevel, die alleen vanaf het erf te zien is, is het meest ingrijpend gewijzigd. Hier heeft de stalruimte plaats gemaakt voor een uitbreiding van de keuken. In het verhoogde gedeelte een glasdeur met vierruits venster, met aan weerszijden een achtruits bolkozijn. Rechts nog een vierruits venster. In het lage deel een staldeurtje en een ijzeren stalraam onder segmentboog. In het dakschild zijn twee moderne daklichten aangebracht.
In de achtergevel baanderdeuren met aan weerszijden een kleine staldeur, allen onder een korfboog. De aanzet- en sluitstenen van de bogen zijn geaccentueerd. Bij de centrale staldeuren zijn schampstenen geplaatst.
In de rechter zijgevel rechts twee ijzeren stalramen met segmentboog en links twee vensters voor het woonhuisgedeelte. In het dakschild twee moderne en drie oudere daklichten.
Waardering
Boerderij van cultuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang:
- als voorbeeld van een kleinschalige pachtboerderij, gelegen direct op het terrein van het landgoed.

HALLHOUSE FARMSTEAD under a gabled roof with half-hipped ends, covered with red Dutch tiles. Due to enlargement of the dwelling section the roof has been raised on the south side. All facades are of brick. Along the roof edges wooden wind braces.
In the front facade (SE) the front door is placed to the right of centre under a two-pane fanlight. To the left of centre a six-pane sash window hung with shutters. To the right in the front facade a two-pane sash window with shutter, to the left in the raised gable section a four-pane sash window with shutters. The clearly visible seam between the oldest and the added gable section follows the diagonal of the leftmost window. Under the half-hipped end are three ornamental wall anchors. The left side facade, which is only visible from the courtyard, has been most extensively altered. Here stable space has made way for an extension of the kitchen. In the raised section a glazed door with four-pane window, with on either side a rear eight-pane arched window. To the right another four-pane window. In the low section a small stable door and an iron stable window under a segmental arch. In the roof section are two modern roof lights installed.
In the rear facade barn doors with on either side a small stable door, all under a segmental arch. The springer and closing stones of the arches are accentuated. At the central stable doors chamfer stones are placed.
