Representatief HERENHUIS in 1884 gebouwd in een verfijnde eclectische stijl naar ontwerp van architect W. van der Linden.
Omschrijving:
Die vensterassen breed herenhuis van drie bouwlagen en een kapverdieping onder een met leien/zink bedekt schilddak, boven een natuurstenen plint opgetrokken in geheel wit gepleisterde baksteen. Alle vensters - op de eerste en tweede verdieping met rondbogen, op de derde verdieping getoogd - zijn voorzien van houten kozijnen. Cordonlijsten tussen de verdiepingen. Op de eerste verdieping twee vensters met geprofileerde gepleisterde omlijstingen met decoratieve sluitsteen. Geheel links, onder rondboog, de ingang. Het middelste venster wordt geflankeerd door wit gepleisterde gecanneleerde halfzuilen met composiet kapitelen en onderaan een reliëfband met bloemguirlandes. Geheel links en geheel rechts pilasters. Op de eerste verdieping, in het midden, een dubbele balkondeur die toegang geeft tot een eenvoudig balkon. De geprofileerde omlijstingen van de rondboogvensters zijn bovenin onderbroken door een palmetmotief. Het balkon wordt links en rechts geflankeerd door halfzuilen zoals op de begane grond. Hier dragen deze een architraaf versierd met een bloemguirlande waarboven een gebroken segmentvormig gebroken fronton met guirlande motieven. Geheel links en rechts gedecoreerde pilasters. Op de tweede verdieping een iets risalerende middenpartij. De drie getoogde vensters zijn gevat in geprofileerde omlijstingen met stucwerkdecoraties in de boog. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een brede gedecoreerde kroonlijst gedragen door voluutvormige houten consoles. Op de kapverdieping in het midden een aediculavormige dakkapel met tweelicht rondboogvenster en een palmetmotief bovenin het segmentvormige fronton. Aan weerszijden voluutvormige decoraties en een stenen balustrade.
In het interieur zijn, voor zover aanwezig, originele stucplafonds, lambrizeringen, schouwen en deuren van belang.

Three window-axis wide townhouse of three storeys and a roof storey under a hipped roof covered with slate/zinc, raised above a natural stone plinth entirely of white plastered brick. All windows - on the first and second storeys with rounded arches, on the third storey with segmental arches - are provided with wooden frames. Stringcourses between the storeys. On the first storey two windows with moulded plastered surrounds with decorative keystones. At the far left, beneath a rounded arch, the entrance. The middle window is flanked by white plastered fluted half-columns with composite capitals and below a relief band with floral garlands. At the far left and far right pilasters. On the first storey, in the middle, a double balcony door giving access to a simple balcony. The moulded surrounds of the rounded arch windows are interrupted at the top by a palmette motif. The balcony is flanked left and right by half-columns as on the ground floor. Here these bear an architrave decorated with a floral garland above which is a broken segmental broken pediment with garland motifs. At the far left and right decorated pilasters. On the second storey a slightly projecting middle section. The three segmental arch windows are set within moulded surrounds with stucco decoration in the arch.
