Omschrijving onderdeel 17: VLOEDSCHUUR.
Dwars op het achterhuis van de boerderij 'Lingenhof' staat een op rechthoekige grondslag gebouwde vloedschuur (XIXa) onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt wolfdak. De kopse gevels zijn voorzien van dubbele deeldeuren geflankeerd door stalvensters en staldeuren en op de verdieping een hooiluik. De zijgevels hebben beide vier getoogde ijzeren vijfruits stalvensters met centraal een loopdeur. De schuur staat op de kadastrale minuut van omstreeks 1830.

De VLOEDSCHUUR van boerderij Lingenhof, behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Mariënwaerdt is van algemeen belang:

Description
Description component 17: FLOOD BARN.
Cross-wise to the rear house of the farmhouse 'Lingenhof' stands a flood barn built on a rectangular ground plan (19th century, first half) under a half-hipped roof covered with suppressed Dutch tiles. The end facades are provided with double part doors flanked by stable windows and stable doors and on the upper storey a hay opening. The side facades each have four arched iron five-light stable windows with centrally a passage door. The barn appears on the cadastral map of around 1830.
Valuation
The FLOOD BARN of farmhouse Lingenhof, belonging to the historic country estate Mariënwaerdt, is of general importance:

- as an example of a flood barn, in plan and in elevation, from the 19th century;
- on account of the ensemble of farmhouse, flood barn and wooden barn;
