Omschrijving onderdeel 16: BOERDERIJ 'LINGENHOF'.
Nabij het hoofdgebouw ligt de laat 18de-eeuwse T-boerderij 'Lingenhof' met de achtergevel naar de weg gekeerd. De op T-vormige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen boerderij bestaat uit een voorhuis van één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak en een achterhuis (stal) van één bouwlaag met geteerde plint onder een rieten wolfdak. Achter het voorhuis is in de rechter zijgevel een dwarse (keuken) aanbouw onder een rieten zadeldak geplaatst. De zijgevels van het voorhuis en de rechter zijgevel van het achterhuis zijn witgepleisterd.
De asymmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft vijf vensterassen met rechts een zestienruits opkamervenster en een keldervenster, links daarvan 20-ruits schuifvensters en een excentrisch geplaatste toegangsdeur met meerruits bovenlicht. De rechter zijgevel van het voorhuis heeft een negenruits schuifvenster met keldervenster, in de aanbouw een negenruits schuifvenster naast een deur met drieruits bovenlicht en een negenruits zoldervenster. De linker zijgevel van het voorhuis heeft twee naar binnen klappende twaalfruits vensters. De achtergevel heeft centraal dubbele deeldeuren geflankeerd door stalvensters en staldeuren. De zijgevels van het achterhuis zijn voorzien van stalvensters.
De boerderij staat op de kadastrale minuut van omstreeks 1830.

Description component 16: FARMHOUSE 'LINGENHOF'.
Near the main building stands the late 18th-century T-shaped farmhouse 'Lingenhof' with its rear facade facing the road. The brick farmhouse erected on a T-shaped ground plan consists of a front house of one storey under a hipped roof covered with suppressed Dutch tiles and a rear house (stable) of one storey with tarred plinth under a thatched half-hipped roof. Behind the front house, a transverse (kitchen) outbuilding is placed in the right side facade under a thatched gabled roof. The side facades of the front house and the right side facade of the rear house are rendered in white.
The asymmetrically arranged front facade has five window bays with a sixteen-light upper-storey window and a basement window on the right, to the left of it 20-light sash windows and an eccentrically placed entrance door with multi-light fanlight. The right side facade of the front house has a nine-light sash window with basement window; in the outbuilding a nine-light sash window next to a door with three-light fanlight and a nine-light attic window. The left side facade of the front house has two inward-opening twelve-light windows. The rear facade has centrally double part doors flanked by stable windows and stable doors. The side facades of the rear house are provided with stable windows.
The farmhouse appears on the cadastral map of around 1830.
