Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ. Terzijde van de toegangslaan staat een boerderij uit 1869; zie gedenksteen in de noordwestgevel met inscriptie 'J.M.C. v. Zuylen v. Nyevelt 1869'. De op T-vormige plattegrond opgetrokken bakstenen boerderij met gepleisterde plint bestaat uit een voorhuis (woon) en een dwars geplaatst achterhuis (stal) van één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een met riet gedekt samengesteld zadeldak met gesmoorde nokvorsten; aan de voorzijde overstek met houten windveren en bewerkte schoren. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel van vier vensterassen heeft een excentrisch geplaatste toegangsdeur met bovenlicht en drie zesruits schuifvensters met luiken; onder het linker venster een kelderlicht; op de verdieping een stolpraam met bovenlicht. Stal met in de kopse gevels korfboog deeldeuren en rondboog staldeuren, in de zijgevel (oost) afwisselend stalvenster en mestdeuren.

Description
FARMHOUSE. Beside the access drive stands a farmhouse from 1869; see commemorative stone in the north-west gable with inscription 'J.M.C. v. Zuylen v. Nyevelt 1869'. The brick farmhouse constructed on a T-shaped floor plan with rendered plinth consists of a front house (dwelling) and a rear house (barn) positioned transversely, each of one storey and a roof space under a thatch-covered composite gabled roof with hipped ridge ends; on the front side an overhang with wooden wind braces and worked brackets. The symmetrically arranged front facade of four window bays has an eccentrically placed entrance door with fanlight and three six-pane sash windows with shutters; below the left window a cellar light; on the storey a mansard window with fanlight. Barn with basket-arch divided doors in the gable ends and round-arch stable doors, in the side gable (east) alternating stable windows and manure doors.
