Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS. Terzijde van de toegangslaan staat het koetshuis uit de eerste helft van de negentiende eeuw. Restauratie 1978. Tegen het gebouw is een halfopen overkapping geplaatst die voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang is. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen koetshuis met gepleisterde plint bestaat uit één bouwlaag met lijstgevels onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt afgeplat schilddak met een geprofileerde bakgoot, klossen, schoorsteen. In de westgevel een getoogde dubbele inrijdeur waarboven een dakkapel met rondboogfronton; in de noordgevel twee halfronde stalvensters en een toegangsdeur met bovenlicht; in de zuidgevel vijf vensterassen met drie zesruitsschuifvensters en in de tweede en vijfde as een deur met bovenlicht. In het INTERIEUR is onder meer van belang de bestrating met IJsselsteentjes in Vechts formaat, de vloertegels in de stal en de paardenstal met originele schotten.

Description
COACH HOUSE. Beside the access drive stands the coach house from the first half of the nineteenth century. Restoration 1978. Against the building a half-open canopy has been placed which is of subordinate importance for the protection. The brick coach house on rectangular foundations with plastered plinth, consisting of one storey with cornice-topped facades under a hipped roof covered with dampened Dutch tiles with a profiled rainwater gutter, corbels and chimney. In the west gable a round-arched double carriage entrance above which a roof dormer with round-arch pediment; in the north gable two semi-circular stable windows and an entrance door with fanlight; in the south gable five window bays with three six-pane sash windows and in the second and fifth bay a door with fanlight. In the INTERIOR is notably important the paving with IJsselsteentjes in Vecht format, the floor tiles in the stable and the horse stable with original partitions.
