STUW, SLUIS EN DUIKER. De waterhuishouding op de buitenplaats wordt onder andere geregeld door deze drie 19de-eeuwse onderdelen, waarvan de stuw en duiker recent (1998) zijn op een harde manier 'gerestaureerd'. De onderdelen zijn van baksteen met natuurstenen hoekblokken.
a. de STUW, ten westen van het huis, bestaat uit twee gespiegelde delen gevormd door een recht middenstuk -waartussen de schuif- en twee gebogen armen;
b. de SLUIS, in de noordwesthoek in de gracht rond de Koeweide, bestaat uit een gemetselde muur met ezelsrug en een schuif in het midden;
c. de DUIKER, in de waterloop aan de westzijde, bestaat uit een gemetselde doorgang met aan weerszijden een gebogen arm met hardstenen afdekplaat.

Description
WEIR, SLUICE AND CULVERT. The water management on the country estate is regulated among other things by these three 19th-century components, of which the weir and culvert were recently (1998) 'restored' in a rough manner. The components are of brick with natural stone corner blocks.
a. the WEIR, to the west of the house, consists of two mirrored parts formed by a straight central section —between which the sluice gate— and two curved arms;
b. the SLUICE, in the northwest corner in the moat around the Koeweide, consists of a mortared wall with a donkey-back and a sluice gate in the middle;
c. the CULVERT, in the waterway on the west side, consists of a mortared passage with at both sides a curved arm with a hardstone coping slab.
