Omschrijving
Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex Rosehage gebouwd WONINGBLOK, bestaande uit vier woningen aan de oostzijde van de Hoofmanstraat op de hoek met de Brouwerskade. Het korte symmetrische blok vormt de complete variant op Hoofmanstraat 6-10 dat hiervan de zuidelijke helft is. Hoofmanstraat 33-39 kenmerkt zich door een risaliet met ononderbroken gootlijst aan weerszijden waarvan drie volumes trapsgewijs terugspringen. Het middelste van deze terugspringende volumes is in hoogte gelijk aan de risaliet.

As part of the housing complex Rosehaghe built HOUSING BLOCK, consisting of four dwellings on the east side of Hoofmanstraat at the corner with Brouwerskade. The short symmetrical block forms the complete variant of Hoofmanstraat 6-10 of which this is the southern half. Hoofmanstraat 33-39 is characterized by a risalit with unbroken gutter line on both sides of which three volumes step back progressively. The middle of these stepping-back volumes is equal in height to the risalit.
