Omschrijving
Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex Rosehaghe gebouwd WONINGBLOK, bestaande uit vier woningen aan de Brouwerskade, de noordzijde van de Brouwersvaart. Het korte symmetrische blok staat op rechthoekig grondplan en wijkt van de meeste overige woningblokken binnen het complex af door de afwezigheid van uitgebouwde onderdelen aan de achterzijde. Dit blok heeft aan de voorzijde alleen twee risalieten met ononderbroken gootlijst. Weliswaar in verkorte versie, doch qua opzet komt het blok overeen met het aangrenzende blok Brouwerskade 59-77.

Description
As part of the housing development complex Rosehaghe, built HOUSING BLOCK, consisting of four dwellings on the Brouwerskade, the north side of the Brouwersvaart. The short symmetrical block stands on a rectangular ground plan and differs from most other housing blocks within the complex by the absence of extended components on the rear side. This block has on the front only two risalits with uninterrupted gutter line. Although in shortened version, in layout the block corresponds with the adjoining block Brouwerskade 59-77.
