Omschrijving
Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex Rosehaghe gebouwd WONINGBLOK bestaande uit tien woningen aan de Brouwerskade, de noordzijde van de Brouwersvaart. Het symmetrische blok staat op langwerpig grondplan en wijkt van de meeste overige woningblokken binnen het complex af doordat er aan de straatzijde alleen risalieten met ononderbroken gootlijst zijn toegepast en aan de achterzijde alleen verdiepingloze uitbouwen. Afwijkend is ook dat dit blok aan de oostelijke kopse zijde is voorzien van een risaliet met ononderbroken gootlijst. Het woningblok loopt enigszins trapsgewijs op naar het westen en volgt daarmee de licht stijgende lijn van de Brouwerskade naar de brug over de Brouwersvaart.

Description
As part of the housing development complex Rosehaghe, built HOUSING BLOCK consisting of ten dwellings on the Brouwerskade, the north side of the Brouwersvaart. The symmetrical block stands on an elongated ground plan and differs from most other housing blocks within the complex in that on the street side only risalits with uninterrupted gutter line are applied and on the rear side only single-storey extensions. Exceptional also is that this block is provided on the eastern end side with a risalit with uninterrupted gutter line. The housing block rises somewhat in steps towards the west and thus follows the slightly rising line of the Brouwerskade towards the bridge over the Brouwersvaart.
