Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex "Onder Dak" gebouwde VRIJSTAANDE WONING, gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de Kleverlaan op de hoek met de Dusartstraat.
De vrijstaande woning heeft een onregelmatig grondplan en bestaat uit een begane grond en kapverdieping. Het pand wordt gedekt door een samengestelde kap. De westgevel en het naar voren springende rechterdeel van de noordgevel zijn door de daklijst heen hoger opgetrokken. Het uitgebouwde rechterdeel van de noordgevel eindigt in een puntgevel onder steil zadeldak. In de westgevel eindigt het rechterdeel onder een iets lagere puntgevel, eveneens met zadeldak. De hoek tussen de noord- en westgevel wordt gemarkeerd door een robuuste bakstenen schoorsteen.
De vensters op de begane grond in de noordgevel worden ter weerszijden afgesloten door luiken. In de westgevel bevindt zich ter hoogte van de verdieping en klein zes-zijdig venster. De overige vensters in de gevels van woning zijn zoals in de algemene complexbeschrijving is aangegeven.

Description
As part of the housing complex "Onder Dak" built DETACHED DWELLING, located on the south side of the Kleverlaan on the corner with the Dusartstraat.
The detached dwelling has an irregular floor plan and consists of a ground floor and attic storey. The building is covered by a composite roof structure. The west facade and the projecting right section of the north facade are extended higher through the roof line. The extended right section of the north facade terminates in a pointed gable under steep gabled roof. In the west facade the right section terminates under a slightly lower pointed gable, also with gabled roof. The corner between the north and west facades is marked by a robust brick chimney.
The windows on the ground floor in the north facade are enclosed by shutters on either side. In the west facade there is at the height of the first floor a small six-sided window. The remaining windows in the facades of the dwelling are as indicated in the general complex description.
The front door is recessed in the extension along the north facade. The masonry of the extension is plastically shaped at the height of the front door.
