Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex "Onder Dak" gebouwd WONINGBLOK, gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de Kleverlaan.
Het woningblok, dat vier woningen omvat, is gesitueerd op een rechthoekige plattegrond, welke met de lange zijde parallel aan de straat ligt. Het symmetrische woningblok bestaat uit een begane grond, verdieping en zolderverdieping en wordt gedekt door een afgeknot schilddak dat bij de zijgevels lager doorloopt. De twee hoekwoningen bezitten in de voorgevel een bay-window die doorloopt over de verdieping. Ter hoogte van de verdieping bevindt zich in de voorgevel van de twee hoekwoningen een klein zes-zijdig venster. De twee middelste woningen hebben luiken ter weerszijden van de vensters op de begane grond. De overige vensters in de gevels van het woningblok zijn zoals in de algemene complexbeschrijving is aangegeven.
De voordeuren van de hoekwoningen bevinden zich in de zijgevels en worden afgesloten door een luifel. De voordeuren van de twee middelste woningen liggen tezamen onder één brede luifel in het midden van de voorgevel van het woningblok. De boven deze voordeuren op de verdieping gelegen vierruits vensters bezitten onder de vensterbanken houten plantenbakken.

As part of the housing complex "Onder Dak" built HOUSING BLOCK, located on the south side of the Kleverlaan.
The housing block, which comprises four dwellings, is situated on a rectangular floor plan, with its long side parallel to the street. The symmetrical housing block consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic storey and is covered by a truncated hipped roof that continues at a lower level at the side facades. The two corner dwellings have a bay-window in the front facade that extends over the first floor. At the height of the first floor there is in the front facade of the two corner dwellings a small six-sided window. The two middle dwellings have shutters on either side of the windows on the ground floor. The remaining windows in the facades of the housing block are as indicated in the general complex description.
The front doors of the corner dwellings are located in the side facades and are enclosed by a canopy. The front doors of the two middle dwellings are together under one broad canopy in the middle of the front facade of the housing block. The four-paned windows located above these front doors on the first floor have wooden plant boxes beneath the windowsills.
