Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex "Onder Dak" gebouwd WONINGBLOK, gelegen aan de oostzijde van de Hedastraat.
Het woningblok, dat tien woningen omvat, is gesitueerd op een langgerekte plattegrond welke, parallel aan de weg, het gebogen patroon van de straat volgt. Het symmetrische woningblok bestaat uit een begane grond, verdieping en zolderverdieping en wordt gedekt door een afgeknot schilddak, dat bij de enigszins voor uit liggende hoekwoningen lager doorloopt. De voorgevels van de risalerende hoekwoningen zijn door de daklijst heen doorgetrokken tot een puntgevel en worden gemarkeerd door een robuuste bakstenen schoorsteen op de hoeken.
De vensters in het enigszins terugwijkende middendeel van het woonblok zijn bay-windows die doorlopen over de verdieping. Alleen in de woningen die aansluiten op de hoekwoningen bevinden zich geen bay-windows. Bij deze woningen worden de voordeuren, die zijn gelegen in de hoek tussen het middendeel en de hoekwoningen van het woningblok, gemarkeerd door een houten beschot van horizontale gepotdekselde latten. As part of the residential complex "Onder Dak" built RESIDENTIAL BLOCK, located on the east side of the Hedastraat.
The residential block, which comprises ten dwellings, is situated on an elongated plan which, parallel to the road, follows the curved pattern of the street. The symmetrical residential block consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic storey and is covered by a truncated hipped roof, which runs lower at the somewhat projecting corner dwellings. The front facades of the projecting corner dwellings are carried through the eaves line to form a pointed gable and are marked by a robust brick chimney on the corners.
The windows in the somewhat recessed middle section of the residential block are bay-windows that continue over the first floor. Only in the dwellings that adjoin the corner dwellings are there no bay-windows. In these dwellings the front doors, which are located at the corner between the middle section and the corner dwellings of the residential block, are marked by a wooden boarding of horizontal potashed slats.
