Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex "Onder Dak" gebouwd WONINGBLOK, gelegen aan de oostzijde van de Dusartstraat.
Het woningblok, dat drie woningen omvat, is gesitueerd op een rechthoekige plattegrond, welke met de lange zijde parallel aan de straat ligt en bij de hoekwoningen elk een erker heeft. Het woningblok bestaat uit een begane grond, verdieping en zolderverdieping en wordt gedekt door een afgeknot schilddak, dat langs de zijgevels lager doorloopt.
De twee hoekwoningen bezitten in de voorgevel op de begane grond een bay-window en ter hoogte van de verdieping een klein zeszijdig venster. De overige vensters in de gevels van het woningblok zijn zoals in de algemene beschrijving is aangegeven. De voordeuren van de hoekwoningen bevinden zich in de zijgevels en worden afgesloten door een luifel. De voordeur van de middenwoning bevindt zich in de voorgevel. The apartment block consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic storey and is covered by a hipped roof with clipped gable, which runs lower along the side facades.
The two corner dwellings possess on the ground floor of the front facade a bay-window and at the level of the first floor a small hexagonal window. The remaining windows in the facades of the apartment block are as indicated in the general description.
