Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex "Onder Dak" gebouwde VRIJSTAANDE WONING, gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de Kleverlaan.
De vrijstaande woning heeft een onregelmatig grondplan en bestaat uit een begane grond en kapverdieping. Het pand wordt gedekt door een schilddak met noklijn parallel aan de straat. Het linkerdeel van de voorgevel is enigszins naar voren toe uitgebouwd en is door de daklijst heen doorgetrokken tot een puntgevel die op oostelijke hoek wordt gemarkeerd door een robuuste bakstenen schoorsteen. De uitbouw wordt gedekt door een ingestoken zadeldak. In het noordelijk en oostelijk dakschild van de vrijstaande woning bevindt zich een oorspronkelijke dakkapel.
De vensters in de voorgevel van de woning bezitten ter weerszijden luiken. De voordeur ligt verdiept in de uitbouw. Het muurwerk van de uitbouw is ter hoogte van de voordeur plastisch vormgegeven.

As part of the residential complex "Onder Dak" built DETACHED DWELLING, located on the south side of the Kleverlaan.
The detached dwelling has an irregular ground plan and consists of a ground floor and roof storey. The building is covered by a hipped roof with ridge line parallel to the street. The left part of the front facade is extended somewhat forward and is carried through the eaves line to form a pointed gable which on the eastern corner is marked by a robust brick chimney. The extension is covered by a recessed gabled roof. In the northern and eastern roof slope of the detached dwelling there is an original roof dormer.
The windows in the front facade of the dwelling have shutters on either side. The front door is set back in the extension. The masonry of the extension is plastically shaped at the height of the front door.
