Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex "Huis ter Cleeff" gebouwd WONINGBLOK, gelegen aan de noordzijde van de Kleverlaan tussen de Marnixstraat en de Ter Cleeffstraat. Het woningblok, dat parallel aan de straat ligt, omvat 24 woningen in een afwisselende ritmering van twee en drie bouwlagen hoogte. Het ritmeringsschema is één laag, vier hoog, vier laag, zes hoog, vier laag, vier hoog, één laag. De drie bouwlagen hoge woningen worden, ter hoogte van de derde bouwlaag, ter linker- of ter rechterzijde afgesloten door een balkon met houten pergola.
Voor het overige sluit de architectonische vormgeving van het woningblok aan bij de algemene beschrijving zoals gegeven bij monument-nummer 590.

As part of the residential complex "Huis ter Cleeff" built APARTMENT BLOCK, located on the north side of Kleverlaan between Marnixstraat and Ter Cleeffstraat.
