Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex "Onder Dak" gebouwde VRIJSTAANDE WONING, gelegen aan de noordzijde van de Engelszstraat.
De vrijstaande woning op rechthoekige plattegrond bestaat uit een begane grond en kapverdieping en wordt gedekt door een hoog schilddak met noklijn parallel aan de straat. In het zuidelijk dakschild bevindt zich een oorspronkelijke dakkapellenreeks. De voorgevel bezit een tweetal dubbele openslaande vensters met ter weerszijden daarvan luiken en een voordeur onder een luifel. Voor het overige sluit de architectonische vormgeving van de woning aan bij de algemene complexbeschrijving.

As part of the residential complex "Onder Dak" built DETACHED DWELLING, located on the north side of the Engelszstraat.
The detached dwelling on a rectangular plan consists of a ground floor and roof storey and is covered by a high hipped roof with ridge line parallel to the street. In the southern roof slope there is an original series of roof dormers. The front facade has a pair of double casement windows with shutters on either side thereof and a front door under a canopy. For the rest, the architectural design of the dwelling complies with the general complex description.
