Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex "Huis ter Cleeff" gebouwd WONINGBLOK, gelegen aan de westzijde van de Marnixstraat tussen de Kleverlaan en de Van Dortstraat.
Het woningblok, dat parallel aan de straat ligt, omvat twaalf woningen in een afwisselende ritmering van twee en drie bouwlagen hoogte. Het ritmeringsschema is één laag, twee hoog, twee laag, twee hoog, twee laag, twee hoog, één laag.
De drie bouwlagen hoge woningen worden, ter hoogte van de derde bouwlaag, ter linker- of ter rechterzijde afgesloten door een balkon met houten pergola.
