Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex "Huis ter Cleeff" gebouwd WONINGBLOK, gelegen aan de noordzijde van de Kleverlaan tussen de Ter Cleeffstraat en de Jan Haringstraat.
Het woningblok, dat parallel aan de straat ligt, omvat 22 woningen in een afwisselende ritmering van twee en drie bouwlagen hoogte. Het ritmeringsschema is één laag, vier hoog, vier laag, vier hoog, vier laag, vier hoog, één laag.
De drie bouwlagen hoge woningen worden, ter hoogte van de derde bouwlaag, ter linker- of ter rechterzijde afgesloten door een balkon met houten pergola.
