VILLA, gebouwd in eclectische trant in de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw. De villa is gesitueerd op een terrein aan de oostzijde van de Lindelaan in de villawijk Het Spiegel.
Omschrijving
De villa is met twee bouwlagen en kapverdieping opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een afgeknot schilddak met overstek. Aan de zuidgevel bevindt zich een serre en aan de oostzijde een uitbouw van een bouwlaag. De gepleisterde gevels zijn boven een iets uitstekende donkere plint geel gesausd. De gevels tellen elk drie vensterassen en worden horizontaal geleed door een cordonlijst, een omgaande waterlijst ter hoogte van de onderdorpels van de verdiepingsvensters en een lijst van het overstekende dak dat rust op gesneden consoles. De portiek en de halfronde bovenlichten van de stolpvensters en deuren op de begane grond worden omgeven door een toogvormige gestucte profiellijst op kraagstenen; de getoogde bovenlichten hebben een vertikale roede. De verdiepingvensters worden omgeven door een profiellijst die zich bij de onderdorpels iets verbreedt; deze vensters bevatten twee ijzeren stangen aan de onderzijde.

In de zuidgevel van de serre bevinden zich openslaande deuren. Links van de serre bevindt zich een venster met houten onderzijde identiek aan die van de openslaande deuren. Op de verdieping bevindt zich links en rechts een venster. Het rechter venster bevat een frans balkon. In het midden loopt de gevel door in een topgevel onder overstekend zadeldak, rustend op gesneden consoles. Het bovenste gedeelte van de topgevel is bedekt met beschot. Twee gekoppelde vensters zijn voorzien van een frans balkon.
De oostgevel bevat een rechts uit het midden geplaatste uitbouw op rechthoekige plattegrond en aansluitend aan de lijsten ter hoogte van de verdiepingscheiding en de onderdorpels van de vensters op de verdieping. In de zuidgevel van de uitbouw zijn openslaande deuren en een venster achter diefijzer geplaatst, in de oostgevel een venster. In het hoofdvolume is op de begane grond links een venster en rechts een vierruitsvenster met vierruits bovenlicht geplaatst. Op de verdieping wordt het trappenhuis verlicht door twee boven elkaar geplaatste vensters, zodat de omlijsting boven de lijst op de gevel onder de dakrand uitkomt. Links en rechts is een venster geplaatst.

The villa is built with two storeys and a roof storey on a rectangular ground plan under a hipped roof with overhang. On the south facade is a conservatory and on the east side an extension of one storey. The plastered facades above a slightly projecting dark plinth are painted yellow. The facades each have three window bays and are divided horizontally by a cordonnet, an all-round drip moulding at the height of the sills of the first-floor windows and a moulding of the overhanging roof that rests on cut consoles. The porch and the semicircular fanlights of the eyebrow windows and doors on the ground floor are surrounded by a arch-shaped stuccoed moulding on brackets; the arched fanlights have a vertical glazing bar. The first-floor windows are surrounded by a moulding that widens slightly at the sills; these windows contain two iron rods at the bottom.
In the middle of the north facade on the ground floor the recessed wooden entrance door, with decorative ironwork for two windows, under a semicircular fanlight.
