Inleiding
Twee voormalige KOETSIERSWACHTHUISJES, behorende tot het villacomplex "Lindelaan 11", gebouwd in eclectische bouwtrant in het laatste kwart van de 19de eeuw. De koetsierswachthuisjes zijn, met een muur met elkaar verbonden, gesitueerd aan de zuidzijde van de oprijlaan.
Omschrijving
De twee voormalige koetsierswachthuisjes, op rechthoekige plattegrond, worden elk afgesloten door een houten zadeldak. De gevels zijn wit gepleisterd op een zwarte plint. Aan de noordzijde bevindt zich een rondboogvormige houten opgeklampte deur met kruisgeheng in gepleisterde boog. De wachthuisjes zijn bij de hoeken verzwaard en hebben blinde zijmuren. De achtergevels zijn met de tussenstaande tuinmuur verbonden.
Waardering
De gaaf bewaarde laat 19de-eeuwse voormalige koetsierswachthuisjes zijn van algemeen belang uit cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch oogpunt als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex "Lindelaan 11" en als zodanig tevens van belang wegens typologische zeldzaamheidswaarde. Vanwege de ensemblewaarde van villa met koetshuis en koetsierswachthuisjes.

Two former COACHMEN'S LODGES, belonging to the villa complex "Lindelaan 11", built in eclectic style in the last quarter of the 19th century. The coachmen's lodges are, connected to each other with a wall, situated on the south side of the drive.
Description
The two former coachmen's lodges, on rectangular floor plan, are each closed off by a wooden gabled roof. The facades are white plastered on a black plinth. On the north side is a round-arched wooden latched door with cross hinge in plastered arch. The lodges are reinforced at the corners and have blind side walls. The rear facades are connected with the intervening garden wall.
Valuation
The well-preserved late 19th-century former coachmen's lodges are of general cultural and architectural-historical importance as a historically functional component of the complex "Lindelaan 11" and as such also of importance because of typological rarity value. Because of the ensemble value of villa with carriage house and coachmen's lodges.
