Inleiding
Voormalig KOETSHUIS, behorende tot het complex "Lindelaan 11", gebouwd in eclectische bouwtrant in het laatste kwart van de 19de eeuw. Het voormalige koetshuis is vrijstaand gesitueerd aan het einde van de oprijlaan, op de zuidwesthoek van het terrein aan de westzijde van de Lindelaan in de villawijk Het Spiegel. Het koetshuis is naderhand tot halverwege ingekort.
Omschrijving
Voormalig koetshuis, op rechthoekige plattegrond en bestaande uit twee bouwlagen en een kapverdieping. Het afgeknotte schilddak wordt bedekt met zwarte kruispannen. De gevels zijn wit gepleisterd (de westgevel is met hout afgewerkt).
De voorgevel (O) bevat in boogvelden op de begane grond rechts twee deuren en links een stolpvenster met bovenlicht, op de verdieping rechts een schuifvenster en links een stolpvenster met bovenlicht. In het dakvlak is in het midden een dakkapel geplaatst met kroonlijst en gesneden pilasters.
De rechter zijgevel (N) bevat op de begane grond twee houten deuren, op de verdieping een deur, bereikbaar via een buitentrap. In het dakvlak is rechts (oorspronkelijk in het midden) een dakkapel geplaatst met kroonlijst en gesneden pilasters.

Former CARRIAGE HOUSE, belonging to the complex "Lindelaan 11", built in eclectic style in the last quarter of the 19th century. The former carriage house is detached and situated at the end of the drive, on the southwest corner of the plot on the west side of the Lindelaan in the villa district Het Spiegel. Description
Former carriage house, on rectangular floor plan and consisting of two storeys and a roof storey. The truncated hipped roof is covered with black interlocking tiles. The facades are white plastered (the west facade is finished with wood).
The front facade (E) contains in arched fields on the ground floor to the right two doors and on the left a cross window with fanlight, on the first floor to the right a sash window and on the left a cross window with fanlight.
