Inleiding
Tegenover de boerderij Pannenhof gelegen schuren. Het gesloten schuurgebouw dateert uit 1854; de open schuur betreft een latere aanbouw XIXd. De toegepaste bouwstijl is traditionalistisch.
Er is een historisch-functionele en economische relatie tussen het oudste gedeelte van de boerderij Pannenhof en deze schuren.
Omschrijving
GESLOTEN SCHUUR op een rechthoekige plattegrond met in het verlengde van de schuur een lager deels open schuurgebouw.
De gesloten schuur telt een bouwlaag met zadeldak met Hollandse pannen. Het toegepaste bouwmateriaal is baksteen. Metselwerk in kruisverband. In de kopgevel aan de rechterzijde een segmentboogvormige houten poort. In deze topgevel vlechtingen als muurafdekking. In de topgevel tevens muurankers die het jaartal 1854 vormen.
De OPEN SCHUUR in het verlengde van de gesloten schuur is een stuk lager en wordt eveneens afgedekt met een zadeldak met Hollandse pannen. Het dak rust aan de voorzijde op een vijftal gemetselde bakstenen kolommen.
Waardering
De schuren tegenover de boerderij Pannenhof bezitten cultuurhistorische waarde als bijzondere uitdrukking van een sociaal-economische en typologische ontwikkeling. De schuren bezitten architectuurhistorische waarde wegens het belang van de objecten voor de geschiedenis van de architectuur. Ensemblewaarde ontlenen de schuurgebouwen aan hun markante ligging in het buitengebied van de gemeente Heel en aan de economische relatie met de tegenover gelegen boerderij Pannenhof. De objecten zijn tenslotte van algemeen belang wegens de redelijke mate van architectonische gaafheid van het exterieur.
