Inleiding
HOOIHUIS uit 1881 gesitueerd aan de T-splitsing van Dorpsstraat en Kerkweg met de noklijn haaks op de Dorpsstraat. In 1904 werd tegen de westzijde een aangekapt gedeelte opgetrokken. Het hooihuis maakt deel uit van een boerderij bestaande uit woning en stal.
NB Woning en stal vallen buiten de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Het hooihuis staat op een rechthoekig grondplan en is met uitzondering van de zuidgevel geheel gepotdekseld met brede delen. De vierkantsconstructie heeft tussen de vier zware hoekstijlen vier dunnere stijlen. Het hooihuis heeft een zadeldak met zwarte Hollands pannen en een makelaar op elk van de twee nokpunten. Rondom bevinden zich houten goten op gesneden consoles. De zuidzijde, die grotendeels schuilgaat achter de aansluiting met de stal, heeft smal verticaal beschot. Op maaiveldhoogte heeft de zuidzijde een transportdeur. De oostzijde (zijde Dorpsstraat) is geheel blind. De noordzijde (zijde Kerkweg) heeft twee boven elkaar geplaatste laadluiken, één centraal in de wand op maaiveldhoogte en één daarboven. HAY BARN from 1881 situated at the T-junction of Dorpsstraat and Kerkweg with the ridge line at right angles to Dorpsstraat. In 1904 an outshut section was built against the west side. The hay barn is part of a farmhouse consisting of dwelling and barn.

Description
The hay barn stands on a rectangular ground plan and is, with the exception of the south gable, entirely weather-struck with wide sections. The square frame construction has four thinner posts between the four heavy corner posts. The hay barn has a gabled roof with black Dutch tiles and a tie beam at each of the two ridge points. Wooden gutters on carved consoles run all around. The south side, which is largely hidden behind the connection with the barn, has narrow vertical weatherboarding. At ground level the south side has a transport door. The east side (side of Dorpsstraat) is entirely blind. The north side (side of Kerkweg) has two loading hatches placed one above the other, one centrally in the wall at ground level and one above it.
