Inleiding
HOOIHUISBOERDERIJ gebouwd in 1889, bestaande uit woning, stal en een hoog opgaand hooihuis. De boerderij ligt teruggerooid aan de westzijde van de Dorpsstraat op een lang, smal en onregelmatig gevormd kavel haaks op de straat. De nokrichting van de boerderij staat dwars op de Dorpsstraat, die van het hooihuis loopt evenwijdig aan de straat.
Omschrijving
Hooihuisboerderij met boerderijgedeelte op rechthoekig grondplan, bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder zadeldak met een overstek aan de voorgevel. Het dak is gedekt met rode en zwarte Hollandse pannen. De gevels zijn in rode baksteen opgetrokken boven een gecementeerde plint die ook aan de beide zijgevels het woongedeelte markeert.
De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel (O) is een topgevel met op de begane grond vier schuifvenster en op de verdieping twee schuifvensters. Centraal in de voorgevel staat boven de plint het jaartal 1889 in een gevelsteen. Het overstekend zadeldak wordt afgesloten met gesneden windveren en lofwerk. De linker- en rechterzijgevel zijn voorzien van enkele stalvensters en deuren van na de bouwtijd, de achtergevel sluit aan op het hooihuis.
Het hooihuis staat op een rechthoekig grondplan met aan de zuidzijde een aanbouw onder een met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt lessenaardak. De gevels van het hooihuis zijn boven een gemetselde plint deels gerabat en deels gepotdekseld en wordt afgedekt door een schilddak met rode Hollandse pannen. Het hooihuis heeft een vierkantsconstructie met tussen de vier hoekstijlen smallere stijlen. Het hooihuis heeft aan de noordzijde een laaddeur op maaiveldhoogte.
Waardering
De hooihuisboerderij is van algemeen belang uit cultuur-en architectuurhistorisch oogpunt als gaaf bewaard voorbeeld van streekeigen agrarische bouwkunst uit de late 19de eeuw. Description
Hay barn farmhouse with farmhouse component on rectangular ground plan, consisting of one storey under gabled roof with an overhang at the front gable. The roof is covered with red and black Dutch tiles. The gables are built in red brick above a cemented plinth which also marks the dwelling section on both side gables.
The symmetrically arranged front gable (E) is a pointed gable with on the ground floor four sash windows and on the upper storey two sash windows. Centrally in the front gable above the plinth stands the date 1889 in a wall stone. The overhanging gabled roof is closed off with carved wind braces and ornamental brickwork. The left and right side gables are provided with some barn windows and doors from after the construction period, the rear gable adjoins the hay barn.
The hay barn stands on a rectangular ground plan with on the south side an outshut under a roof covered with red Dutch tiles. The gables of the hay barn are above a masonry plinth partly rendered and partly weather-struck and are capped by a hipped roof with red Dutch tiles. The hay barn has a square frame construction with slimmer posts between the four corner posts. The hay barn has on the north side a loading door at ground level.

The hay barn farmhouse is of general importance from a cultural and architectural history perspective as a well-preserved example of regional agricultural architecture from the late 19th century.
