Omschrijving
Het KOETSHUIS behorend bij het renteniershuis uit 1909, is opgetrokken in gele baksteen met rode bakstenen sierbanden en lisenen, op rechthoekige plattegrond. Het huis staat onder een zadeldak gedekt met zwarte Friese golfpannen; topgevel aan de voorzijde met geschulpte windveer en makelaar; een roosvenster met radialen in de geveltop; een opgeklampte deur en een getoogd negenruitsvenster onder segmentboog strekken van rode baksteen. In de zuidgevel dubbele opgeklampte inrijdeuren en een opgeklampte deur naar de paardestal; daartussen een klein getoogd vierruits venstertje in de liseen. De noordgevel is blind.

Het koetshuis te Oentsjerk uit 1909 behorende bij de rentenierswoning, is van algemeen belang:

The COACH HOUSE belonging to the private income house from 1909 is constructed in yellow brick with red brick decorative bands and quoins, on a rectangular ground plan. The house stands under a gabled roof covered with black Frisian pantiles; gable at the front with scalloped weathervane and maker's mark; a round window with radiating bars in the gable top; a bolted door and an arched nine-pane window under segmental arch stretches of red brick. In the south facade double bolted carriage doors and a bolted door to the stables; between them a small arched four-pane small window in the quoin. The north facade is blind.
Valuation
The coach house at Oentsjerk from 1909 belonging to the private income residence is of general importance:
