Omschrijving
Het WASLOKAAL uit 1921 van één bouwlaag is opgetrokken in een traditionele trant in bruine baksteen en gebouwd als kleed- en wasruimte voor de fabrieksarbeiders. Tegen de voorgevel met gemetseld trasraam, lisenen en een gemetseld fries staat een houten luifel op houten kolommen die op gemetselde muurtjes rusten; vernieuwde entree; in de geveltop een zesruitsvenster. De originele entree bevindt zich nog in de zuidgevel: een paneeldeur met drieruits bovenlicht en zijlichten. In de noordgevel negenruitsvensters en drie kleine vensters. De achtergevel heeft lisenen en een fries als in de voorgevel.
Waardering
Het waslokaal uit 1921 is van algemeen belang:
- als essentieel ruimtelijk en functioneel onderdeel van het complex de Trynwâlden;

Description
The WASHROOM from 1921 of one storey is constructed in a traditional manner in brown brick and built as a changing and washing room for factory workers. Against the front facade with mortared transom window, quoins and a mortared frieze stands a wooden canopy on wooden columns which rest on mortared walls; renewed entrance; in the gable top a six-pane window. The original entrance is still located in the south facade: a panelled door with three-pane fanlight and side lights. In the north facade nine-pane windows and three small windows. The rear facade has quoins and a frieze as in the front facade.
Valuation
The washroom from 1921 is of general importance:
- as an essential spatial and functional component of the Trynwâlden complex;
- due to the reasonable degree of integrity.
