Inleiding
LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ met dwarsdeel en twee schuren uit het vierde kwart van de negentiende eeuw gelegen op de hoek met de Mosselaarweg. De lange voor- of westgevel ligt aan de Broekstraat.
Omschrijving
Boerderij heeft een zadeldak met wolfseind gedekt met Tuile-du-Nord pannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken uit handgevormde baksteen gemetseld in kruisverband met cementen plint. Zesruits vensters met luiken en geometrisch bovenlicht bij voordeur. Beide schuren zijn van hout. Ze hebben een zadeldak gedekt met oud-hollandse pannen.
Tegen de zuidgevel van de boerderij een wijnrank. Op het erf enige hoogstamfruitbomen en walnotenboom.
Het erf is aan de Mosselaarweg afgescheiden door onder andere een beukenhaag. Voor en opzij van de boerderij een vijftal oude snoeilindebomen.
Waardering
De boerderij is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in Noord-Brabant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij. Architectuurhistorisch is het pand van belang als voorbeeld van een eenvoudige keuterij. De boerderij is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het exterieur en is als zodanig langzamerhand zeldzaam geworden.

LONG-FACADE FARMHOUSE with transverse section and two barns from the fourth quarter of the nineteenth century situated on the corner with the Mosselaarweg. The long front or west facade fronts onto the Broekstraat.
Description
Farmhouse has a gabled roof with half-hipped roof covered with Tuile-du-Nord tiles. The facades are built of hand-made bricks laid in cross bond with cement plinth. Six-pane windows with shutters and geometric fanlight at front door. Both barns are wooden. They have a gabled roof covered with old-Dutch tiles.
Against the south facade of the farmhouse a grapevine. On the farmyard some full-standard fruit trees and walnut tree.
The farmyard is separated from the Mosselaarweg by among other things a beech hedge. In front and to the side of the farmhouse five old pollard lime trees.
Valuation
The farmhouse is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical significance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in North Brabant and as an example of the typological development of the farmhouse.
