Op de kaart nr.5. BOTENHUIS. Voor het huis aan de Vecht gelegen rechthoekig houten botenhuis uit ca.1920. Aan drie zijden diagonale schroten in V-verband en open constructie; de oostgevel is dicht uitgevoerd; onder een flauw hellend zadeldak.
Waardering BOTENHUIS van algemeen belang:
- vanwege functionele en doelmatige vormgeving;
- vanwege de ensemblewaarde;
- vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de andere onderdelen van de buitenplaats.
