TWEE BORSTBEELDEN OP SOKKELS. Twee marmeren borstbeelden uit ca. 1730-1740, voorstellende 'Diana' en wellicht 'Hercules', beiden geplaatst op een hoge hardstenen sokkel in Lodewijk XV-stijl die voorzien zijn van acanthusblad- en rocaillemotieven. Mogelijk afkomstig van de buitenplaats Zijdebalen en in 1820 voor de buitenplaats De Tempel aangekocht door de familie Criellaert. De borstbeelden zijn mogelijke van de hand van Xavery. De borstbeelden en sokkels zijn niet in dezelfde stijl uitgevoerd, de sokkels zijn mogelijk van wat jongere datum.

TWO BUSTS ON PLINTHS. Two marble busts dating from circa 1730-1740, representing 'Diana' and possibly 'Hercules', both placed on a high sandstone plinth in Louis XV style which is provided with acanthus leaf and rocaille motifs. Possibly originating from the country estate Zijdebalen and purchased in 1820 for the country estate De Tempel by the Criellaert family. The busts are possibly from the hand of Xavery. The busts and plinths are not executed in the same style, the plinths are possibly of somewhat later date.
