Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS. 19de-eeuws koetshuis met woonhuis, thans (1997) in gebruik als woonhuis en recreatieruimte. Het twee bouwlagen hoge pand op rechthoekige grondslag wordt overkapt door een zadeldak. De van omgaande pilasters voorziene voorgevel heeft een symmetrische meerruitsvenster- en deurindeling en is voorzien van een waterlijst. De topgevel heeft een segmentboogvormige beëindiging. De achtergevel is eveneens voorzien van omgaande pilasters die bekroond worden door een geprofileerde dekplaat en heeft een rechte beëindiging. De twee inrijdeuren zijn in het verleden voorzien van een samengestelde venster- en deurindeling. Op de verdieping twee ronde vensters en een dubbele deur. Hiervoor is een balkon met vaste trap gemaakt. INTERIEUR In het interieur de originele splitsing in een woongedeelte en 'garage', die thans in gebruik is als recreatieruimte.

CARRIAGE HOUSE. 19th-century carriage house with dwelling house, currently (1997) in use as a dwelling house and recreation room. The two-storey property on a rectangular ground plan is covered by a gabled roof. The front facade, fitted with surrounding pilasters, has a symmetrical multi-pane window and door arrangement and is provided with a drip moulding. The gable has a segmental arch termination. The rear facade is likewise provided with surrounding pilasters that are crowned by a profiled coping stone and has a straight termination. The two carriage doors are in the past provided with a composite window and door arrangement. On the upper storey two round windows and a double door. A balcony with a fixed staircase has been constructed in front of this.
INTERIOR In the interior, the original division into a residential section and 'garage', which is currently in use as a recreation room.
