Omschrijving
TUINMANSWONING. Uit houten delen opgetrokken tuinmanswoning met werkplaats uit ca. 1880. Het één bouwlaag hoge pand op rechthoekige grondslag wordt overkapt door een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De bakgoten onder de dakschilden worden door ijzeren consoles gedragen. In de gevels ondermeer 6-ruitsvensters, entrees (bestaande uit opgeklampte houten deuren met bovenin kleine ruitjes) en een dubbel luik in de topgevel in dezelfde vormgeving als de entrees. Het pand is thans (1997) wit geschilderd, de deuren, luiken en kozijnen zijn groen geschilderd. INTERIEUR - In het interieur de oorspronkelijke opdeling in woonhuis en werkplaats.

GARDENER'S DWELLING. A gardener's dwelling with workshop constructed from wooden parts, dating from circa 1880. The single-storey building on a rectangular ground plan is covered by a gabled roof tiled with muted Dutch tiles. The gutters below the roof edges are supported by iron consoles. In the facades, amongst other things, 6-pane windows, entrances (consisting of clamped wooden doors with small panes in the upper part) and a double shutter in the top gable with the same design as the entrances. The building is currently (1997) painted white, the doors, shutters and frames are painted green. INTERIOR - In the interior the original division into dwelling and workshop.
