Een evenwijdig aan de oprijlaan gelegen vrijstaand KOETSHUIS MET WONING van één bouwlaag op kruisvormige plattegrond onder een samengesteld afgeplat schilddak, gedekt met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. De west- of voorgevel heeft een op de middenas geplaatste aanbouw onder een schilddak (uitbreiding van 1912), waarvan de nok haaks op de oprijlaan staat. De voorgevel van deze aanbouw heeft een in het midden geplaatste, getoogde dubbele paneeldeur die aan beide zijden geflankeerd is door een ovaal oeil de boeuf. De geveluiteinden zijn voorzien van geblokte hoeklisenen in schoon metselwerk. Dit motief bevindt zich op alle gevelhoeken. In de zijgevels van de aanbouw is een kruisvenster met halve luiken onder een strek met natuurstenen aanzet- en sluitstenen gezet. In alle overige gevels bevinden zich dergelijke vensters. Onder de dakgoot is een houten geprofileerde kroonlijst aangebracht. In de dakschilden zijn dakkapellen onder platte daken geplaatst. Op de nokhoeken van het hoofdvolume is een schoorsteen gezet. Het koetshuis heeft thans een woonfunctie.
Waardering
Het koetshuis annex woonhuis uit 1905, uitgebreid in 1912, is van architectuurhistorische en typologische waarde vanwege stijlkenmerken en relatieve zeldzaamheid van het bouwtype. Tevens van ensemble waarde als onderdeel van de buitenplaats Ter Wege.

Description
A detached COACH HOUSE WITH DWELLING situated parallel to the drive, of one storey on a cruciform ground plan beneath a composite flattened hipped roof, covered with sooted Dutch tiles. The west or front facade has an extension placed on the central axis beneath a hipped roof (extension of 1912), the ridge of which is perpendicular to the drive. The front facade of this extension has a centrally placed, arched double panelled door which is flanked on both sides by an oval oculus (oeil de boeuf). The facade ends are provided with rusticated corner pilasters in ashlar masonry. This motif appears on all facade corners. In the side facades of the extension is a cross window with half shutters beneath a stretch with natural stone relieving and through stones set. In all other facades similar windows are found. Beneath the roof gutter a profiled wooden cornice is applied. In the roof panels are roof dormers beneath flat roofs placed. On the ridge corners of the main volume is a chimney set. The coach house now has a residential function.
Valuation
The coach house annex residential house from 1905, extended in 1912, is of architectural-historical and typological value because of style characteristics and relative rarity of the building type. Also of ensemble value as part of the country estate Ter Wege.
