Detached VILLA with upper storey, surrounded on all sides by terraces and balconies, covered by flat roofs with large overhangs, built 1915-'16 to a design by Robert van 't Hoff (1914) in a style related to the work of F.L. Wright through the plastic grouping of rectangular masses with dominant horizontal lines.
