DUBBELE DIENSTWONING. Ten oosten van de oprijlaan staat een dienstwoning (XIIId/XIXa) met het aanzien van een langhuisboerderij. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand is, behalve de achtergevel ,witgepleisterd en bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een met rode vernieuwde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak voorzien van gesmoorde wolfseinden. De witgepleisterde voorgevel (noord) heeft op de begane grond twee twintigruits schuifvensters met halve luiken en uiterst links een klein roedenvenster met luik. Op de verdieping zijn twee dubbele draaivensters met roeden en luiken geplaatst. De achtergevel is onbepleisterd en heeft vlechtingen onder de dakrand. Deze gevel heeft een excentrisch geplaatste deur met bovenlicht, links daarvan twee verschillende schuifvensters met roeden en halve luiken en rechts daarvan schuifvenster en een vensterlicht. Op de verdieping een draaivenster met luiken. In de linker zijgevel is de ingang gesitueerd, de rechter zijgevel heeft een opgehoogd dakschild met onder de dakgoot roedenvensters met luiken.

Description
DOUBLE SERVICE DWELLING. To the east of the driveway stands a service dwelling (XIIId/XIXa) with the appearance of a longhouse farmhouse. The brick building, drawn up on a rectangular ground plan, is whitewashed except for the rear facade and consists of one storey and a roof storey under a gabled roof covered with red renewed Dutch tiles provided with half-hipped ends. The whitewashed front facade (north) has on the ground floor two twenty-pane sash windows with half shutters and at the far left a small glazing bar window with shutter. On the upper storey two double casement windows with glazing bars and shutters are placed. The rear facade is unplastered and has wattle-work under the roof edge. This facade has an eccentrically placed door with fanlight, to its left two different sash windows with glazing bars and half shutters and to its right a sash window and a window light. On the upper storey a casement window with shutters. In the left side facade the entrance is situated, the right side facade has a raised roof section with glazing bar windows with shutters under the roof gutter.
