DUBBELE ARBEIDERSWONING. Aan de rand van het bos staat een bakstenen woning uit 1900 gebouwd in opdracht van de toenmalige eigenaresse A.C. Luden. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag met witgepleisterde plint onder een met vernieuwde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met twee gemetselde schoorstenen op de nok. De zesassige voorgevel is naar de bouwlanden toegekeerd en heeft een invulling van schuifvensters met luiken en een excentrisch geplaatste toegangs paneeldeur met bovenlicht. In het dakschild bevinden zich twee dakkapellen met voluutvormige wangen. Tegen de achtergevel is een klein aanbouwtje waarin een tweede toegangsdeur met rechts hiervan een T-venster met luiken en links hiervan vierruitsvensters.

Description
DOUBLE WORKERS' DWELLING. On the edge of the forest stands a brick dwelling built in 1900 on the orders of the then proprietor A.C. Luden. The building, erected on a rectangular plan, consists of one storey with whitewashed plinth beneath a gabled roof covered with renewed Dutch tiles and two brick chimneys on the ridge. The six-bay front facade faces towards the arable land and has sash windows with shutters and an eccentrically positioned entrance panelled door with fanlight. In the roof slope are two roof dormers with volute-shaped sides. Against the rear facade is a small annexe in which a second entrance door with a T-window with shutters to the right and four-pane windows to the left.
